How do monthly credits work?
Use your monthly credits flexibly during the active subscription period. Unused credits do not roll over, but you can schedule extra days during the period to use remaining credits.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel before your next billing cycle. Memberships are non-refundable for the current period, but remaining credits can still be used before that period ends.
Can my dogs share a membership?
Families with multiple dogs can share credits. Each dog uses one credit per visit. The unlimited family option includes 23 shared credits.
Where can I see my billing period and credits?
View billing periods and remaining credits in the Memberships section of your Paw Partner account or app.
Can I combine plans?
Yes. You can purchase multiple or combined memberships to fit your family’s needs. Contact us if you would like help choosing.
