How to get started
Follow these steps, and reach out whenever you have a question.
Upload vaccine records
Dogs need current DA2PP, rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations before daycare or boarding.
Talk with our team
Tell us about your dog. We’ll arrange an evaluation before daycare or group play and help plan the right first visit.
What should I bring?
For boarding, bring labeled food and any medications with clear instructions. Ask us about anything else your dog needs. For daycare group play, please leave toys from home behind.

Before you arrive
Can intact dogs attend?+
We consider intact dogs case by case. Dogs in heat cannot attend daycare or boarding.
Do I need to schedule a tour?+
Tours are welcome but should be arranged ahead of time so we can plan around staffing and the pets in our care.
How do I reserve?+
Create a Paw Partner profile to request services. You can also call or text our team for help.
What are your lobby hours?+
Monday through Friday, 7 am–noon and 2–6:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7–10 am. Weekend boarding drop-offs can be scheduled separately. Confirm arrangements when you reserve.
