Q: What are the requirements for daycare?

Q: Will my dog be excluded during daycare?
A: Dogs approved for group play are active throughout the day. Many have personalized care based on their needs. Dogs that need breaks follow custom play/rest schedules.
Q: How do you ensure dogs get along?
A: All dogs are evaluated during their before and while joining group play. A dog's play eligibility can change at any time based on their needs. We update owners on how dogs are doing and what is best for them.
Q: Do you provide updates?
A: Yes — our staff sends free text and photo updates during your dog’s stay, so you always know how they’re doing.
Q: What about holidays?
A. We are closed to the public (there is boarding no pick-up, drop off, or daycare) the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Additional holiday surcharges may apply for boarding during these holidays.
Q: How much playtime will my dog get?
A: Dogs in daycare enjoy personalized group play with rest breaks as needed. Our goal is to give your dog plenty of exercise and enrichment while keeping them safe.
Q: Can my dog bring personal items?
A: For safety reasons, toys from home aren’t allowed in group play. You may bring labeled food, treats, or medications with clear instructions.
Q: What if my dog gets injured or sick during daycare?
A: We will always put your dog’s well-being first. Our staff can provide basic first aid, and if needed, we will seek veterinary care right away. You’ll be contacted immediately.
Q: Do you have outdoor play areas?
A: Yes! We use secure outdoor play yards for fresh air and exercise. While our fencing is secure, no system is 100% escape-proof, so dogs with a history of escaping must be disclosed.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel daycare?
A: Daycare cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
