Vaccine Requirements
Proof of vaccinations must be kept up-to-date in our booking system all vaccinations are required and must be current to use Pet Place facilities.
Dogs must be kept up to date on the follow vaccines Da2PP (DHPP, DHLPP), Rabies, and Bordetella
Health Requirements
Dogs and cats will not be allowed within the facility if they are exhibiting signs of contagious ailments such as upper respiratory infections, stomach viruses, giardia, worms or parasites, CPV, fleas, etc.
Cats must be free of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) to be boarded at Pet Place.
Pets with injuries, stitches, open wounds, etc., will or can be denied for boarding depending on the circumstances.
All pets must be flea/tick free. Should a dog be observed to have fleas or ticks, a flea/tick bath treatment will be applied and charged to the owner at a rate of up to $350.00 depending on severity and size of dog.
Spay and Neuter Requirements
Sexual Maturity: The Owner acknowledges that female dogs who have gone into their first heat (estrus) or have reached sexual maturity are prohibited from participating in boarding or daycare services at Pet Place. It is the Owner’s responsibility to determine if their female dog has gone into her first heat or has reached sexual maturity.
Similarly, for both dogs and cats, intact or unspayed/unneutered pets may pose risks, such as unintended mating, increased aggression, or heightened stress, and the Owner fully understands and assumes these risks.
The Owner further agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with boarding, grooming, or enrolling an intact or unspayed/unaltered Pet and understands that additional fees may apply for special accommodations if necessary. Pet Place, LLC reserves the right to deny services to any intact or unaltered dog or cat due to behavioral concerns, health risks, or other factors that could compromise the safety and well-being of the Pet, other animals, or the Facility staff.
Age Requirements
No pets under the age of (2) months will be accepted for boarding or daycare at Pet Place. These pets are too young and must stay with their mother.
Puppies from 8-16 weeks will be allowed to attend Daycare Puppy Pawties if they are up to date on Da2PP and Bordetella
Puppies under the age of (4) months may not be allowed to accepted for boarding or daycare at Pet Place if they are not fully vaccinated - the following vaccines are required for daycare Da2PP (DHPP, DHLPP), Rabies, and Bordetella
Other Requirements
Dogs cannot be aggressive towards humans. This could cause serious injury. An aggressive dog will be turned away from Pet Place.
Cancellations must be done 48-hours prior to reservation date. If cancellation notice is less than 48-hours an $80 boarding cancellation fee will be charged.
There are not reservation fees. All boarding and daycare payments must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold your place. Due to limited capacity reservations are only held for customers who pay their entire booking.
Please note that all boarding reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of your pet’s scheduled stay. Due to limited space and high demand, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All pets must be scheduled for a drop off window so that employees and staff can accommodate and prepare your pet's new space.
Monday to Friday 2:00PM - 6:30PM
Saturday & Sunday 5:00PM - 6:30PM
If needed, drop off times can be accommodated for additional fees. Please contact us directly if you need an accommodation.
All pets must be picked up during the window after their last night’s stay. For example, pets booked from Friday - Sunday must be picked up the following Monday morning.

All pets must be picked up by 10:00AM on day of departure. If pets are not picked up by the time of departure, clients will be charged and additional full day of boarding fees and additional fees may apply if dogs need to be included in daycare groups or fed house meals.
We recognize that some dogs do not get along well with other dogs. Dogs of this nature can board at Pet Place but are not allowed to participate in play groups during their stay. We ask that owners disclose that dogs are not “dog friendly” on their paperwork for boarding. These dogs will get a custom play schedule during their stay away from other dogs.
We require a trial night for all anxious dogs. This is a one night stay prior to an extended stay at Pet Place to ensure that your dog will be comfortable and safe. This one night stay allows us to best meet your pet’s care.
At Pet Place we require pet parents to bring personal food (refrigerated, dry bagged in servings, or frozen) to prevent upset stomachs in their pets. Personal bedding is allowed for the comfort of your cat or dog. Dogs and cats are also allowed to bring their favorite toys!
Should the food/medication supply need replacement, the owner authorizes Pet Place, LLC to purchase replacement and the owner will reimburse Pet Place, LLC for the actual food and medication costs plus up to $50.00 time/distance trip fee (per occurrence).
At Pet Place we do our best to be inclusive of all dogs despite anxiety. However, there may be circumstances where we will not be able to board an animal with high anxiety due to risk of injury to themselves and others. Sometimes, special cases can be made for dogs taking anxiety medications during their stay.

Yes. With proper paperwork and discussion this can be documented and your pet's needs can be accommodated.
Luxury suites are a much more spacious option for pets. Luxury suites include a raised beds and plenty of space for dogs to move around freely. Pets can listen to calming sounds on our sound machine. Our sound proofed boarding area provides a safe environment for all pets to relax during their stay at Pet Place.
A more affordable option, our home-style spacious crates are designed to house medium to small dogs. Crates are a comfortable place to board dogs who are used to being crated at home. Additionally, crates offer more of a closed and private option for fearful dogs looking for a safe space. We use large dog crates designed to house much larger dogs. For small dogs, medium, and large sized dogs, these crates are a great option.
No, your dog will be allowed out of the kennel throughout the day for walks and playtime. We would never keep a pet in a kennel during the entire day. Regular stays include supervised walks and playtime breaks throughout the day. In addition, your pet will be monitored for signs of stress during their stay. Furthermore, they will have visitors and meal breaks during their stay. Dogs that are play-approved will be in full day or half day play groups during their stay. Additionally, owners can choose to have more playtime added to their pet’s stay.
Yes, your dog can be included in a full or half day play group as long as they have passed the appropriate temperament testing for group play.

Yes! Dependent on staff, we try our best to send out regular photos and updates in our Pet Place app. This way, you can see your pup enjoying time at Pet Place. We also send updates and ask questions during your pets’ stay as needed.
Our staff is busy during the day playing with and socializing with pets. Please send a text if you need an update and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

For the safety of the pets in our care, we do not offer physical tours of our facility during weekdays. Photos and video tours can be found on our website.
All tours must be scheduled ahead of time to ensure that staff can accommodate.
At Pet Place, we believe the health of your pet should be our first priority. For that reason, Pet Place reserves the right to medical treatment for the owner's pet if they appear ill, injured, or exhibit any other behavior that would reasonably suggest that the pet may need medical treatment including anesthesia. Owner agrees to be fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment and for the cost of any transportation for the purposes of such treatment. Owner gives permission to Pet Place, LLC to use Owner’s vet or nearest 24-hour vet hospital for required treatment.
We administer all oral and topical medications. We do not administer injections for pets. All medication must be supplied by the owner prior to boarding.
We will provide our kennel meal to your pet. Each kennel meal has an additional fee based on the weight of your pet.
Yes, as long as your dogs get along they can share a suite. Your second dog will receive a 10% discount for a shared suite.
