We know it's normal for most dogs to show some signs of aggression in a group environment from time to time. However, our staff will be ultimate judge of whether the behavior goes over the line, to the detriment of the other dogs. Incidents such as fighting, snapping, and biting will simply not be tolerated. Normally we will try to use a "three-strikes" rule, but depending on the severity of the incident, your dog might not be allowed to continue coming to visit us. Otherwise, we recognize that minor cuts or abrasions may occur from time to time due to wrestling and playing, and we will take every matter into consideration with fairness.
Our scheduled gap is created to accommodate the needs of all of the dogs in our facility. Our full day dogs need time to decompress from a busy morning. This time allows your pet to rest in and have time to themselves. In addition it allows our staff to feed dogs who eat lunch, distribute medications, and give dogs bathroom breaks.
Doggie nap time also allows staff to clean each play area to make sure the rooms are safe for our pets.
Please call to notify staff if you are going to be late to pickup your dog. We appreciate a notice as this can help us accommodate your dog's needs.
All late pickups (15 minutes or later) will be charged a fee. Dogs must be picked up on time to accommodate boarding, daycare, and employee schedules.
If a pet is not picked up by 6:45PM the owner will be charged an appropriate boarding fee and the dog will be boarded for the night. Others fees may apply if the dog may need food or supplies. The dog must be picked up the following day by 10:00AM to avoid further charges.
Any no show reservations will be charged a "no show" fee.
Repeated "no shows" may result in denied services from Pet Place or higher fees.
No, we do not allow dogs to bring personal toys to the play area. This can cause dogs to become defensive over their personal items.

At Pet Place, we believe the health of your pet should be our first priority. Owner gives permission to Pet Place, LLC to use Owner’s vet or nearest 24-hour vet hospital for required treatment.
