What to Bring to Pet Place
During their boarding stay, your pet will be fed according to your feeding schedule. To ensure your pet’s digestive health, Pet Place requires boarding parents to bring their pet’s own food, whether refrigerated, pre-portioned dry food, or frozen meals. This helps prevent any stomach upset caused by sudden dietary changes. If your pet runs out of food during their stay, house food is available for an additional charge.
For added comfort, personal bedding is allowed, giving your pet a familiar and cozy resting space. Additionally, pets are welcome to bring their favorite toy; however, we limit this to one non-digestible toy per dog. This toy is only permitted inside your pet’s suite or homestyle crate to ensure their safety. If your pet is enrolled in individual playtime, they may have their toy during these sessions, but for safety reasons, personal toys are not permitted in group play areas. By following these guidelines, we aim to create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable boarding experience for every pet in our care.
